CAN I PLACE AN URGENT ORDER?
For an urgent order, please contact us by telephone. We will be happy to assist you: +31 (0) 206242912 . Available from Mon - Fri 09.00 - 18.00 hrs / Sat 09.00 - 17.00 hrs.
WHAT IS THE EXTRA VASE?
The flowers are preferably delivered in a sleek transparent glass cylinder vase, matching the size of the bouquet. The advantage of the extra vase is that the bouquet arrives ready-made with a suitable vase that only needs to be refilled.
DELIVERY TIMES?
Morning delivery is between approximately 09:00 - 14:00. Afternoon delivery is between approximately 14:00 - 19:00.
Note: around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and around the holidays, delivery times may vary due to traffic.
On Sundays and holidays there is no delivery.
DELIVERY COSTS
The delivery charges in the "9 streets" are €5,-
The delivery charge in Amsterdam / surroundings is € 10, -
For other deliveries we use the rates of PostNL. In some cases the costs may differ, in which case we will contact you.
For time orders and rush orders there may be an additional charge.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ORDER IF I'M NOT HOME?
If you are not at home then a bill will be put through the letterbox which indicates at which neighbors it is delivered. If the delivery to the neighbors does not succeed, we take the bouquet back to the store and you can contact the store +31 (0) 206242912
For wrong addresses, costs will be charged.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO PASS ON MY PREFERENCE?
Each arrangement is unique and since we work with the most special seasonal flowers, our team will put together a beautiful bouquet with the available fresh supply of the day. For special requests, please contact us first.
HOW CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION/CHANGE DELIVERY TIME/STOP MY SUBSCRIPTION?
